The terms include the provisions set forth in this document and in the Privacy Policy, the commercial terms, the kelme agreement, the user guidelines, the intellectual property rights compliance program and other terms or conditions that we may provide and agree to from time to time with respect to specific service offers (which we all refer to as the" terms of service" or "terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to access or use the service. If you register for or use the service, this will be a confirmation of your agreement to the terms and your consent to be a party to this binding contract؛
