Refund policy
We thank you for choosing kelme to purchase your favorite products and are happy to serve you. Sometimes your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased, never mind. At kelme, we will do our best to make the return or replacement process as simple and as smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the return or replacement process for you through the following procedures:
1-Period policy for return or exchange of purchases
- Returns and replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2-return or exchange policy
- This policy applies to the product being in its sealed packaging and in the same condition as the original at the time of purchase.
- All accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
- In case of return or exchange, the customer must deliver the product to any of the branches of kelme and comply with the above terms.
3-procedures and locations of return and replacement:
- The customer can return or exchange purchases from all kelme branches free of charge provided that the condition in Article 2 above is met
- The original purchase invoice must be attached at the start of the exchange or return procedures.
4-return methods:
- The customer has the option to return the value of his purchases or replace them with another product at the customer's choice.
- To recover the value of purchases made by credit cards or bank cheques, the amount will be refunded through the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) working days and the customer must follow the payment procedures through the branch of the bank dealing with him.
5. exceptions not covered by the return and Exchange Policy:
- Malfunctions and damage caused by misuse.
