   Customized or printed products (such as jerseys with names or numbers printed per customer request) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to individual specifications.
4. المنتجات المرسلة إلى دول تخضع لرسوم جمركية لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها إذا تم فرض رسوم جمركية أو رفضت الجمارك تفريغ الشحنة. ويتحمل العميل جميع الرسوم الجمركية المطبقة ولا يحق له الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب هذه الإجراءات.

تعُد هذه السياسة جزءاً لا يتجزأ من شروط الشراء والاستخدام في متجرنا، وتهدف إلى توضيح آلية عمل نظام الحجز المسبق، وحقوق والتزامات كل من المتجر والعميل، لضمان تجربة شراء شفافة، منظمة، وخاضعة للمساءلة.

1. تعريف الحجز المسبق
   يُقصد بالحجز المسبق طلب منتج غير متوفر حالياً في المخزون الفوري، أو إصدار خاص/محدود سيتم طرحه أو شحنه في تاريخ لاحق مُعلن مسبقاً. يضمن هذا النظام حفظ حصة العميل من المنتج بمجرد إتمام عملية السداد وفق البنود الواردة أدناه.
2. آلية الحجز والدفع
   يتم تأكيد الحجز رسمياً فقط بعد سداد قيمة الطلب كاملة أو نسبة الحجز المحددة صراحةً في صفحة المنتج. يُرسل إشعار تأكيد تلقائي عبر البريد الإلكتروني و/أو الرسائل النصية يحتوي على: رقم الطلب، تفاصيل المنتج، وتاريخ التنفيذ المتوقع. جميع الأسعار المعروضة أثناء عملية الحجز نهائية ولا تخضع لأي تعديل لاحق، ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك كتابةً من قبل إدارة المتجر.
3. مدة التنفيذ والتسليم
   يُشحن طلب الحجز المسبق خلال النطاق الزمني المحدد في صفحة المنتج أو في تأكيد الطلب. يبدأ احتساب مدة التسليم من تاريخ تأكيد السداد الفعلي، وليس من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب. قد تتأخر مواعيد الشحن بسبب عوامل لوجستية أو إنتاجية خارجة عن السيطرة المباشرة للمتجر (مثل تأخيرات الجمارك، أو ظروف التصنيع). في هذه الحالة، يلتزم المتجر بإعلام العميل بأي تحديث رسمي عبر القنوات المعتمدة دون تأخير.
4. الإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ
   لا يحق للعميل إلغاء طلب الحجز المسبق واسترداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع. في حال إلغاء الطلب بعد بدء مرحلة الشحن أو التجهيز النهائي، لا يحق للعميل طلب استرداد المبلغ. لا يسري حق الإلغاء أو الاسترداد على المنتجات المُخصصة أو المطبوعة حسب الطلب، إلا في حال وجود عيب تصنيع أو عدم مطابقة جوهرية للمواصفات المعلنة.
5. جودة المنتج والمطابقة
   يلتزم المتجر بتوريد المنتج مطابقاً تماماً للصور، الألوان، والمواصفات الفنية الموضحة في صفحة المنتج. في حال وجود أي اختلاف واضح أو عيب تصنيع، يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد الكامل وفق سياسة الإرجاع المعتمدة في المتجر.
6. مسؤولية العميل وتحديث البيانات
   يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من دقة بيانات الشحن ومعلومات التواصل عند إتمام الحجز. يُنصح بمتابعة البريد الإلكتروني ولوحة تحكم الحساب في المتجر للحصول على آخر التحديثات بخصوص حالة الطلب أو أي تغييرات في الجدول الزمني.
7. الموافقة على الشروط
   بإتمام عملية الحجز المسبق، يُعَد العميل قد اطّلع على هذه السياسة ووافق صراحةً على جميع بنودها. تحتفظ إدارة المتجر بحق تعديل هذه السياسة في أي وقت، مع إشعار العملاء بالتحديثات عبر الموقع أو القنوات الرسمية قبل سريانها على الطلبات الجديدة.

2. Pre-Order and Payment Mechanism
   A pre-order is officially confirmed only after full payment of the order value, or the explicitly stated deposit percentage specified on the product page. An automatic confirmation notification will be sent via email and/or SMS containing: the order number, product details, and the expected fulfillment date. All prices displayed during the pre-order process are final and not subject to subsequent modification, unless otherwise stated in writing by store management.
3. Fulfillment and Delivery Timeline
   Pre-orders are shipped within the time frame specified on the product page or in the order confirmation. The delivery period commences from the date of actual payment confirmation, not from the date of order placement. Shipping dates may be delayed due to logistical or production factors beyond the store's direct control (e.g., customs delays or manufacturing circumstances). In such cases, the store is committed to promptly informing the customer of any official updates through authorized communication channels.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
   Customers are not entitled to cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund of the amount paid. If an order is cancelled after the shipping or final preparation phase has commenced, the customer shall not be eligible to request a refund. The right to cancel or request a refund does not apply to customized or made-to-order printed products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or substantial non-conformance with the advertised specifications.
5. Product Quality and Conformity
   The store is committed to supplying products that fully match the images, colors, and technical specifications outlined on the product page. In the event of any noticeable discrepancy or manufacturing defect, the customer reserves the right to request a replacement or full refund in accordance with the store's approved return policy.
6. Customer Responsibility and Data Updates
   The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details and contact information at the time of placing a pre-order. Customers are advised to regularly monitor their email and account dashboard within the store to receive the latest updates regarding order status or any changes to the scheduled timeline.
7. Acceptance of Terms
   By completing a pre-order transaction, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and explicitly agreed to all provisions of this policy. Store management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with customers being notified of updates via the website or official channels prior to such changes taking effect on new orders.
