Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Kelme to purchase your favorite products. We are delighted to serve you. Sometimes your opinion about the products you've purchased may change — and that's perfectly fine. At Kelme, we strive to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have streamlined the return and exchange procedures for your convenience through the following guidelines:
1- Return or Exchange Timeframe:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2- Return or Exchange Conditions:
- This policy applies only to items that are in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when originally purchased.
- All accessories and gifts received with the product at the time of purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
- The customer must deliver the product to any Kelme branch and comply with the above conditions.
3- Return/Exchange Procedures and Locations:
- Customers may return or exchange purchases at any Kelme branch free of charge, provided the conditions stated in Section 2 are met.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented at the beginning of the return or exchange process.
4- Return Options:
- Customers may choose either a refund of the purchase amount or an exchange for another product of their choice.
- For purchases made via credit card or bank check, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. Customers must follow the required payment procedures through their respective bank branch.
5- Exceptions Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy:
- Damages or malfunctions caused by misuse.
- Any visible change in the product’s appearance compared to its condition at the time of purchase, as noted on the purchase invoice.
- Customized or printed products (such as jerseys with names or numbers printed upon customer request) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to individual specifications.
- Items shipped to countries subject to customs duties cannot be returned or exchanged if customs fees are imposed or if the shipment is denied clearance. The customer is responsible for all applicable customs fees and has no right to return or exchange due to such procedures.
